Château Sauman was a famous holiday place and has been run by the family for generations. Because the nature and the vineyards are generous here, the Chateau extracts the best of the terroir to make its wines.
You will appreciate "Émotion 2005" at an early evening drink with a chiffonnade of ham or marinated olives. It suits perfectly dishes with cumin, mint or citronella. “Emotion” will also amaze you on a chocolate dessert.

CHÂTEAU TAYAC

Planted by Romans, Chateau Tayac is one of the eldest Gironde vineyards, and is one of the most famous property in the area. Its vines overlook the confluence of Dordogne and Garonne rivers.
Selected for you, the "Prestige 2003", old vines (dominant Cabernet Sauvignon) will delight you especially with red meat, games and strong cheese
